New client consultation - free / 30 minutes

Individual therapy session: $160 / 60 minutes *

* I have a set number of sliding scale slots for people who aren’t able to pay my full rate. Please e-mail for more information.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider with Premera, LifeWise, First Choice Health, and Kaiser Access PPO. For any other insurance carrier, I can give you a superbill - a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. If this is something you’re considering, please check your summary of benefits or contact your insurance carrier to discuss the process.

 I offer in-person sessions for clients located in Seattle, and video sessions for clients located anywhere. I am taking precautions to minimize the chance of COVID-19 exposure during in-person appointments. For office location and full access info, please e-mail.
